We have a 600+ tap operation with sap collected by both buckets & tubing. It is transported by tractor to the sap house, where we have an 2.5′ by 10′ oil-fired evaporator and filter press. We will have demonstrations and displays during Maple Weekend. Wea ther permitting, tractor rides into the sugar bush. There will be a petting zoo both weekends. Don�t forget to try our maple soft-serve ice cream and a maple cream glazed donut.
