Wednesday, May 13, 2015 Attendees: Greg Zakrezewski, Donna McCloy, Ann Busch, Janet Lyndaker, Julie Maedl, Sarah Reed, Keith Bond, Ann Fisher-Bale, Vonda Westcott The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM by President Greg Zakrezewski Treasurer’s Report – $3,162.82 ($500 reserved for scholarship fund) Old Business Scholarship Greg reported there are a couple of students interested this year. He asked for three volunteers to review and select the award winner. Please let Greg know if you are interested. He will talk to Brian Yaiser about presenting the award since they sponsor another award and will be at the Awards Banquet. RHBPA April 2015 Meeting Notes

Attendees: Donna McCloy, Ann Busch, Janet Lyndaker, Julie Maedl, Sarah Reed, Keith Bond, Vonda Westcott The meeting was called to order a t 8:12 AM by Julie Maedl. Treasurer’s Report – $3,253.82 ($500 reserved for scholarship fund) Old Business Scholarship – Roy-Hart Guidance Office has all the information for the RHBPA Scholarship. There are some students interested this year. Colleen called Julie for updates on our changes. July 4th Goat Chip Bingo – Greg is making sure we get a better spot this year. Members present: Don Scott, Keith Bond, Donna McCloy, Ann Fisher-Bale, Ann Busch, Janet Lyndaker, Julie Maedl, Greg Zakrzewski, Sarah Reed, Vonda Westcott Meeting was called to order at 8:12 AM by President Greg Zakrzewski Treasurer’s report – $3,256.82 Old Business: Scholarship: Keith will check with the school to see about getting scholarship info on their website. It was also suggested that the student present their receipt or paid bill to receive the scholarship, rather than waiting until the end of the first semester. Keith also noted that since there are no business courses available for students, the school is trying to set up a business institute similar to what some other schools have.
